CANCELLATION POLICY

IN ORDER TO BEST SERVE YOUR PET & HOUSE SITTING NEEDS,
OUR STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS


When you book with Hogan’s Happy Pet & House Sitting, we 100% commit our time to your booking and may turn away business, as we do not over book. We understand things happen and you may retain credit for future services if there is severe weather causing you to not attend school or work, life threatening emergencies or death in the family.

DAILY BOOKING

We dedicate our full time to your booking if you cancel less then 48 hours before the start of your service there is no credit or refund. 

OVERNIGHT BOOKING

Due to the nature of overnight bookings, we do not allow our sitters to be booked on daily assignments the next morning.  Since they must decline future clients if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less a $30 per night cancellation fee will apply.

EARLY RETURN

By reason of blocking our sitters time to exclusively accommodate your booking if you return early a $30 per night cancellation fee will apply.

HOLIDAY BOOKING

Our holiday bookings are limited and extremely popular as consequence they book up fast. If booking is cancelled 8 to 14 days before start of service 50% charge of total invoice will apply. If booking is cancelled 7 days or less there is no credit or refund.

HOLIDAY RETURN NOTIFICATION

We request an email, phone call or text upon your return from your holiday. For the well-being of your pet, we will continue to do a safety check on them if we have not heard from you to assure their safety.  If additional visits to pet is needed the sitter’s time to make sure your pet is adequately cared for will be billed to owner.
